You have the option to return or exchange items purchased on idress.co.in Return/Exchange acceptance varies from 5 days of the receipt of item and depends on the type of product being purchased by you. If you choose to exchange the item for reason of mismatch of size or receipt of a defective item, you will be provided with a replacement of the item, free of cost. However, an exchange is subject to the availability of the item.*

The following EXCEPTIONS and RULES apply to this Policy:

All items to be returned or exchanged must be unused and in their original condition with all original tags and packaging intact, and should not be torn or tampered with.

Once we receive your return, you will be reimbursed for your amount in your bank account within 5 days. This is subject to your return having met the requirements of this Policy.

iDress does not accept any return and refund request on any product purchased in the sale or discount.

In case you had purchased an item that had a free gift associated with it and you wish to return the item, please also return the free gift.

Returns would not be accepted for custom made/stitched clothing, including readymade stitched Sarees or Sarees stitched with custom blouse. However, we would accept returns if there are any faults from our end.

Customer needs to first contact us through the Contact Us page on web site before returning any product. If you will return the products before let us know the same, then we will not provide any refund.

Any complaint with regards to the damage or stains or stitching or any other should be reported to us within 24 hrs of the receipt of the products. We may ask for a digital picture of the same in order to review the same. In the case of the product return.

At any point in time the refunds will not exceed the actual value of the goods.

We will not refund the customs duties, taxes, if applicable, or paid by you at the time of receiving the goods.

If you choose to self-ship your returns, kindly pack the items securely to prevent any loss or damage during transit. For all self-shipped returns, we recommend you use a reliable courier service.

If a refund is approved, Shipping charges up to max. 200₹ (or may depend on the quantity you ordered or the currier service we have used )will be deducted from your billing amount and the balance amount will be reimbursed in your provided bank account.
